Job Summary
Walk assigned areas throughout shift, removing dirty towels and service trays, replacing linens, and emptying trash receptacles. Set up and breakdown pool areas daily, maintaining showers, lockers, and bathroom zones while following safety procedures. Serve as barback for pool bartenders and servers, stock linen supplies to ensure par inventories, and monitor slide safety for properties with water slides. Respond to guest requests and questions, reporting issues and complaints to supervisors to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with leadership on work priorities and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is desired
- Proficient in position required job skills and knowledge
