Beach Pavilion Attendant (Full-time)

Beach Pavilion Attendant at Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea, Maui. Provide beach services to guests, including towel registration, umbrella sign-up, snorkel set sign-out, and rental of boogie boards; assist with retail recommendations and activity purchases; inform guests about safety flags and ocean conditions; ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the Beach Pavilion and surrounding area; enforce beach safety rules and seek supervisor assistance as needed. Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a high-pressure hospitality environment, and 1 year of customer service experience. TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification are required prior to start; Water Safety Certification is an asset. Daily duties may include helping guests locate spaces, setting up beach areas as requested, and supporting guests throughout their visit in a luxe hotel setting. The position is full-time with varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
