Job Summary
Provide life safety services by monitoring beach activity and maintaining constant surveillance of clients and team. Act immediately to secure safety in emergencies, deliver emergency care and treatment until medical arrival, and respond to incidents timely and efficiently. Assist colleagues with beach inventory setup, complete accurate incident and medical reports, and provide direction and information to guests while maintaining a pleasant image. Reporting to the Restaurant & Beach Manager, this role requires a valid 2026 Lifeguard Licence from the Red Cross of Montenegro, good physical condition, and strong English correspondence skills. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to take quick action to resolve emergency situations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid 2026 Lifeguard Licence issued by the Red Cross of Montenegro
- Good physical shape and condition
- Good correspondence in English
