Job Summary
Provide immediate attention to guests upon seating, describe daily specials, and answer menu questions while taking orders and delivering food promptly. Replenish items, follow established service standards for tray service, and ensure satisfaction through follow-ups. Maintain an organized workstation, manage checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sales System, and participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests. Adhere to safe work practices, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and complete required Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness training. Work in a fast-paced hospitality environment at Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, contributing to Troon's global leadership in golf and community management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and speak English
- Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Food Safety and Sanitation Training
- Alcohol Awareness Training
- Knowledge of POS system
- Regular and reliable attendance

- one to three months related experience and/or training
