Job Summary
Welcome guests with aloha at the Beach Club, ensuring seating is as requested; manage beach reservations using software and upsell halau reservations; greet, answer inquiries, set up floor plans and guest profiles, and maintain beach club hygiene; stock and maintain the host area, use radios for staff coordination, sell beach club retail items, assist team members, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while adapting to various weather conditions; available for all shifts as required; education beyond high school preferred with related experience; Tuberculosis clearance required; CPR/first aid certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School education preferred
- Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Ability to obtain Tuberculosis clearance
- CPR and/or first aid certifications preferred
