Job Summary
Lead commercial and marketing strategy to unify sales and e-commerce teams, directly managing revenue, margin, and plan execution. Rebuild the marketing function by integrating brand, PR, SMM, influencer partnerships, and events into a cohesive growth system for professional B2B, independent retail, and e-commerce channels. Develop brand strategies, scale the "Бессовестно талантливый" marketplace, and establish analytics for cross-channel decision-making. Manage internal leadership to ensure aligned business direction while building a creative council. Work directly with the General Director to transform the company's commercial and marketing capabilities, leveraging fixed income plus annual bonuses and extensive benefits including training, sports, and industry discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Сильная экспертиза в маркетинге и бренд-маркетинге

Desired Qualifications
- Преимуществом будет опыт профессиональной косметики или других рынков с сильным профессиональным сообществом
