Job Summary
BE/BC Otolaryngologist sought to join an established San Antonio ENT group with zero ramp-up time and a full range of cases. Partnership-track with no buy-in, mentorship program for early career physicians, and employer-paid malpractice insurance, state medical license, and DEA. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus production bonus, generous PTO, CME reimbursement, relocation signing and retention bonuses. On-call schedule is 1 in 10 with ER call stipend available; no in-house call, and ER call is optional. Affiliated at Methodist Hospital and Baptist Hospital; strong team culture and focus on work-life balance.
