Job Summary
BE or BC Otolaryngologist sought for a physician-led, partnership-track ENT practice in the Dallas, TX area. The role supports collaboration with a 7 MD / 4 APP team across multiple office locations (Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Anna, Prosper) with no requirement to work at all locations. On-call is 1 in 8 with no general ER call. Two affiliated hospitals include Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Centennial and Texas Health Resources Hospital. Benefits include employer-paid medical, vision, dental for the entire family, malpractice insurance, state license & DEA paid by employer, guaranteed base salary plus productivity bonus (until partnership status), generous PTO, CME reimbursement and CME PTO.
