Job Summary
BDR Team Manager sought to lead and grow a BDR team focused on generating qualified pipeline for Mid-Market/Enterprise and SMB in the Italian market. Responsibilities include owning pipeline targets, coaching BDRs, building a repeatable outbound system (ICP refinement, multi-threading, sequencing, objection handling), forecasting and CRM hygiene, hiring and onboarding, cross-functional alignment with AEs/Marketing/Partnerships, and running experiments to optimize messaging and coverage. Hybrid role based in Barcelona with a mix of remote and in-office work; collaboration with AEs and leadership to land strategic accounts and drive outbound success in a fast-growing AI-powered legal tech company.
Required Qualifications
- Proven BDR leadership in B2B SaaS with teams hitting pipeline targets
- Enterprise/mid-market outbound experience with account-based prospecting
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
- Data-driven with funnel metrics, experimentation design, and performance management
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Sales Navigator
