Lead and coach a pod of 5 North American BDRs from Buenos Aires in a hybrid role, owning pipeline-generation targets and outbound activity standards while collaborating with regional Account Executives and Sales leadership. Drive messaging, content, and best practices for the sales development org; act as a player-coach who also carries personal quota and shapes the go-to-market engine. Proficiency in multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social, video) and qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDPICC) along with a solid understanding of pipeline management and sales velocity is required.
