Job Summary
The BDR Manager leads and coaches a 1–5 BDR team while carrying an individual pipeline target. This role partners with RSEs, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to ensure SLA-compliant pipeline generation, qualification, and handoffs to Account Executives. Responsibilities include weekly 1:1 coaching, onboarding and ramp for new hires, creating performance plans, developing career paths, and maintaining KPI-driven culture. The position emphasizes collaboration with Revenue Operations to optimize Salesforce lead flow and tooling, prompt MQL follow-up, and continuous improvement of BDR SOPs and playbooks. A background in hospitality or hotel technology is advantageous but not required; 3–5 years in B2B sales/BDR and 1–2 years in lead or enterprise BDR roles are noted as added value. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior experience mentoring junior sales reps is a strong plus. Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations are essential, as is familiarity with GTM tools (SFDC, Gong, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Navigator) and Microsoft Office. The role is based in Lawrenceville, GA.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role
- 1–2 years in a lead or Enterprise BDR role is an added plus
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience selling into or working within the hospitality industry is a meaningful advantage but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Experience in managing, mentoring, or training junior sales representatives is preferred
- Must possess ability to lead and coach a team towards KPI targets
- Experience with SLAs or sales playbooks is preferred
- B2B SaaS/technology market experience preferred
- Ability to contribute to GTM planning and headcount discussions
- Comfort with data-driven performance management and KPI tracking
