Job Summary

Responsibilities include managing team performance, oversight of metrics, enforcing best practices, and executing comprehensive outbound strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of sales team management experience, a results-driven mindset, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools is preferred.
