Job Summary

BDR Manager, East Americas responsible for driving pipeline generation and strategic account engagement across the East Americas region. Collaborates with Account Executives to penetrate strategic accounts, maps buying teams, and executes outbound and inbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, video) to generate qualified opportunities. Supports ABM initiatives, engages with security, engineering, product, and executive stakeholders (including CISOs and DevSecOps leaders), conducts account research, maintains accurate Salesforce data, and contributes to regional events and field marketing programs. Requires the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on building long-term career in cybersecurity and enterprise GTM. Competencies include proactive prospecting, outbound/inbound management, relationship-building across buying committees, and proficiency with CRM/engagement tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Business Development Representative, or similar pipeline generation role
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Cybersecurity industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to prospect into enterprise organizations and generate qualified opportunities
