Job Summary
BDR Lead with at least 2 years in business development/sales in SaaS sought to generate mid-market leads in India. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute strategies with sales teams to drive revenue growth, build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and stay current on industry trends. Requires strong English communication, leadership ability, CRM proficiency, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS company like Freshworks or Whatfix
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the SaaS industry and mid-market segment
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM software
