Job Summary
Business Development Manager for Globus family brands leads and grows travel-agency sales within assigned territory. Responsibilities include generating and increasing sales, monitoring competitor products and strategies, communicating advertising and sales promotion programs to accounts (co-op advertising, direct mail, consumer shows), recommending revenue opportunities, achieving financial objectives, developing relationships with Inside Sales, submitting activity and territory analyses, and suggesting process improvements. The role requires frequent travel within Southern California and Arizona, with onboarding travel to Denver, and involves presenting to and educating partners, leveraging CRM tools, and using Microsoft Office applications. Travel-industry knowledge of Globus, Cosmos, and Avalon products and strong relationship-building and field-sales skills are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience managing sales accounts
- Leisure travel product knowledge (Globus, Cosmos, Avalon)

- Ability to travel as required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with Inside Sales

- SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA/ARIZONA RESIDENTS ONLY
- Travel between Southern California, Arizona required
- Must be able to travel to Denver, CO for onboarding
