Job Summary
BDC/Social Media Automotive professional to join our Valdosta team. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media; engaging with potential and existing customers to build relationships and promote our automotive inventory; setting and confirming sales appointments to maximize showroom traffic; creating and managing creative social media content tailored to automotive audiences; monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments on social media; collaborating with sales and marketing to increase customer engagement and sales leads; maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointment scheduling in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven sales ability (setting appointments and following up with prospects)
- Creative mindset with experience in developing engaging social media content
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with automotive industry terminology and sales processes is a plus
