Job Summary

BDC Service Department role focused on handling customer contacts for the #1 Chevy dealership in the Nation. Responsibilities include answering calls and following up with appointments, responding to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates, providing initial product information and directing customers to dealership resources, following up with leads not ready to schedule, participating in team/process development sessions, and using the CRM daily. The role also involves follow-up with potential leads and regular customers for maintenance/recall reminders, receiving inbound and outbound calls for customer needs, and rotating Saturdays. Requires customer service/business development experience, strong teamwork, positive work ethic, good computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; pre-employment background check and drug screen may be required.
