Job Summary
BDC Agent to generate and schedule appointments for dealership sales team; responsibilities include contacting internet leads, scheduling appointments, following up via phone/text/email, maintaining CRM, confirming and rescheduling appointments, re-engaging older leads, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and achievement of daily activity goals. In-person role based in Brownsville, TX with structured workflow, CRM tools, scripts, coaching, and a compensation plan including bonuses and commission.
