Job Summary
BDC Representative receives, processes, verifies, and distributes information from inbound calls about service and sales inquiries, makes outbound calls to schedule/confirm service appointments, tracks guest data in the CRM, and follows detailed scripts to provide accurate information and timely follow-up on service status and follow-up care. The role emphasizes customer care, data entry accuracy, scheduling, and handling various inquiries including internet leads, status updates, reminders, and parts orders; requires use of CRM and standard office software, and adherence to privacy and Do Not Call policies. On-site position based in City of Industry, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Sales experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
