Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat for Feldman Automotive’s BDC; schedule appointments for customers with the sales team; follow up to ensure needs are met and customer satisfaction; maintain accurate customer records in CRM; collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience; requires excellent communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with CRM and MS Office, and strong attention to detail as part of providing high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
