Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and serve as the first point of contact for all incoming sales leads. Market to prospective and previous customers via email and text, then prepare for and schedule sales appointments. Build and maintain client relationships through our CRM system. This role supports the Internet Sales and Marketing Department within Miller Ford Lincoln Subaru's growing dealership network in Lumberton, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education
- Strong social skills with customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Team-oriented with a career mindset
- Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM
- Friday from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM
- 1 Saturday Per Month
