Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative at Kunes Auto Group, you will convert inbound internet leads into confirmed showroom appointments, work unsold traffic and service-to-sales opportunities, and communicate via phone, text, and email with speed, professionalism, and persistence. You will ensure appointment quality, perform relentless follow-up to drive results, and maintain accurate notes and pipeline management in the CRM to support a data-driven sales process. The role emphasizes lead conversion, multi-channel outreach, appointment setting that translates into showroom visits, and a disciplined follow-up routine to maximize conversion opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in Sales, Hospitality or BDC EQUIRED
- Strong phone presence with the ability to control conversations and overcome objections
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated with a production mindset—not just activity-based work
- Comfortable with CRM tools (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
