Job Summary
BDC Representative at Kunes Auto Group: drive lead conversion by turning inbound internet leads into confirmed showroom appointments, pursue outbound opportunities, and manage multi-channel communication (phone, text, email) with fast follow-up to ensure appointment quality. Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates to support a high-volume, performance-driven sales process. Compensation is Hourly + Commission with OT earning potential; positions emphasize relationship-building, responsiveness, and a proactive follow-up discipline to convert opportunities into sales.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in Auto Sales or BDC
- Strong phone presence with the ability to control conversations and overcome objections
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated with a production mindset—not just activity-based work
- Comfortable with CRM tools (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
