BDC Representative (Internet Sales)

BDC Representative responsibilities include responding to internet leads quickly and professionally, communicating with customers via phone, text, email, and video, building rapport and meaningful conversations, setting and confirming showroom appointments, following up with active and past customers, working closely with sales managers and the sales team, and tracking daily performance metrics and activity.
