Job Summary
Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm service appointments, and make outbound follow-up calls to customers. Check service customers out, process payments accurately, and maintain customer records and appointment information. Support the Service Department with administrative tasks while delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
