Job Summary
BDC Representatives handle heavy inbound and outbound client inquiries from web leads, phone, and email; perform short- and long-term follow-up in the CRM; communicate professionally with customers; direct customer calls/questions to the appropriate party; and log all activity in the CRM. The role supports the sales team, requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency with basic computer systems, strong customer service and communication skills, and a schedule that includes a 5-day work week with potential weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Proficient in all basic computer operating systems, Windows, Google, Microsoft, etc.
