Job Summary
Collaborate with Business Development Center teammates to achieve department goals by making appointments and following up on the customer experience. Use various computer programs efficiently after training to generate business for the dealership. Make phone calls for service customers and potentially train for other roles within the team. This five-day work week excludes Sundays, with flexibility in scheduling. No prior experience is required as a comprehensive training program introduces you to our processes and products.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A can do attitude that enjoys meeting challenges and taking care of customers
- A mindset committed to meeting your established goals and exceeding them
- Must be able to work your assigned shift and be on time
- A desire to represent the company well in your appearance and communications
