Job Summary
Lead and optimize the BDC department for luxury automotive brands (Bentley, Maserati, Ferrari) at Murgado Automotive Group. Responsibilities include managing daily BDC operations, driving traffic and appointment growth, training and motivating BDC staff, monitoring KPIs, collaborating with sales/service/marketing, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain client relationships. Requires prior BDC management experience in automotive, strong CRM proficiency, interpersonal and analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Previous BDC Management experience required, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to lead and manage a successful team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems
- A customer-first mentality with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Analytical skills to track and improve department performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
