Job Summary
Coordinate with Business Development Center teammates to achieve departmental goals while managing rental car customers and fleet vehicles efficiently. Make phone calls for service customers and utilize various computer programs once trained to write stories and assist clients. This role offers flexibility with a mostly five-day work week, with the dealership closed on Sundays. Training is provided for those without prior experience, and the team environment emphasizes collaboration and meeting established goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A can do attitude that enjoys meeting challenges and taking care of customers
- A mindset committed to meeting your established goals and exceeding them
- Must be able to work your assigned shift and be on time
- A desire to represent the company well in your appearance and communications
