Job Summary
Join McCandless Ford Inc. as a BDC Agent to enhance customer relations through inbound/outbound communications and appointment scheduling. Preferred candidates have automotive BDC experience and strong CRM skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a BDC, customer service, or sales capacity
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with CRM software including VinSolutions, DriveCentric, and DealerSocket
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office applications
