Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, provide accurate vehicle and service information, and manage internet inquiries through the dealership website. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads and set up appointments for the sales department. Grow the online sales business by closing sales and expanding the customer base. Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and includes health, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Computer & Internet skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Ability to follow through on leads and close sales
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment
