Job Summary

Answer all incoming phone calls according to script, schedule sales appointments, and make outbound calls to contact internet customers via email and phone. Log customer comments, confirm scheduled appointments, and post details on the appointment board in BDC. Schedule follow-up contacts, reschedule no-shows, and notify necessary departments upon appointment scheduling. Purify and update customer changes in the database, generate letters and emails for follow-up reminders, and respond to website requests. Meet monthly goals while maintaining a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive training is provided for product knowledge and script usage.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with phones
  • Telemarketing experience in the following fields: automotive, business development, customer service
  • Previous experience with the process of the scripts, power tracks, and alternative choices
  • First-class verbal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to initiate dialogue with BDC Manager
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Organized
  • Multi-tasked
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work on individually-assigned tasks

Desired Qualifications
