Job Summary
Plan, develop, and execute capital projects and technical development activities within the supply chain to support manufacturing growth and productivity. Define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of investments, ensuring accurate budgets, plans, and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided. Ensure Mondelēz business and innovation processes and standards are followed throughout execution while optimizing resources and harmonizing assets. Account for the quality of results and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies. Work in a dynamic environment in the Balkan mountains with daily shuttle transport to Svoge. Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with project management skills required.
