Job Summary
BD & Growth Ops Manager to drive the execution layer for commercial modelling, program management (OKRs, dashboards), partnership ops (NDA, contracts), and external engagements across Europe. Responsibilities include building revenue-share models and unit economics, running OKR tracking and executive dashboards, managing NDA/contract workflows, producing data-backed partner decks, and maintaining deal performance analytics. Travel 30-40% across Europe; role requires 4-5 years in BD/operations, strong modeling, structured program management, executive-ready communication, and ability to manage partner relationships in a fast-moving mobility tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years in BD / operations experience in fast-growing tech companies and/or Big4 consulting
- Strong modeling skills for scalable, replicable models
- Proven program management discipline with OKR tracking, reporting cadences, and structured delivery
- Structured communicator with executive-level written output and materials
- Comfortable managing partner relationships and stakeholder conversations
- Willing and able to travel 30-40%
- Mobility experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week
