Job Summary
Analyze weekly operational indicators for your assigned zone, including order volume, average ticket, and preparation times, to identify dormant accounts and suggest pricing adjustments. Develop and implement menu optimization plans and targeted promotional campaigns to improve conversion rates and drive growth during low-demand periods. Introduce and sell DiDi Food advertising suites to local restaurants, demonstrating ROI and training partners on self-management. Monitor service KPIs such as delivery times and packaging quality to ensure positive user experiences and retention. Maintain close contact with top local merchants through scheduled visits and collaborate with the Business Development Manager on regional profitability reviews.
