[BD] AI Software QA Intern (Next-Gen & AI-Driven Testing | 6-month Internship)

Job Summary
Intern will design test cases and test data from product requirements and user stories, execute functional and non-functional testing (regression, integration, end-to-end, smoke, sanity), document clear bug reports with reproduction steps and expected vs. actual results, verify fixes through regression testing, and gain exposure to automation and AI-assisted testing. You will learn QA best practices, participate in manual testing with a foundation in SDLC concepts, and contribute to product releases. Strong emphasis on understanding testing concepts, defect reporting, test documentation, and hands-on learning with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Postman, Selenium/Playwright, and basic scripting in Python or TypeScript. The role requires final-year or senior students in IT/CS/Software Engineering, university recommendation for a 6-month internship, and the ability to work full-time or at least 4 days per week during the internship. The program offers monthly internship allowance, leave benefits, accident insurance, and exposure to international projects. This is a full-time internship position located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Final-year or senior student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- University recommendation/introduction letter for a 6-month internship is mandatory
- Able to work full-time from Monday to Friday, or at least 4 days per week during the internship period
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn manual testing, defect reporting, test documentation, and automation testing fundamentals
