Job Summary
Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis. Implement individualized treatment plans with Board Certified Behavior Analysts while conducting preference and functional assessments. Collect data, create graphs, and generate objective session notes through continuous or discontinuous measurement procedures. Execute behavior reduction interventions and report variables affecting clients such as illness or medication changes. Maintain professional boundaries, comply with legal reporting requirements, and communicate effectively with families and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- HS/GED
- One year verified experience volunteering or working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related disabilities
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Arizona Driver's License
- 39-month Motor Vehicle Report
- proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance
- Level 1 fingerprint clearance
