BCBA | Your Schedule Matters

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits. Up to $80/hour is available for eligible candidates holding active BCBA certification and Nebraska licensure. Dedicated support includes a BCBA Success Manager and reimbursement for the LBA Expansion Program.
