Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and monitor client progress to adjust interventions as needed. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers flexible scheduling with no minimum or maximum caseload requirements. Compensation is up to $80/hour, and the organization provides a dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing professional support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month
