Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and monitor client progress to adjust interventions as needed. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers up to $90/hour with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete. We provide a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and support for obtaining Nebraska licensure through our LBA Expansion Program.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month
