Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit monthly and offers up to $90/hour with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and a dedicated Success Manager for licensure support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
- Flexible scheduling
