Job Summary
Clinical Excellence Supervisor focused on building and delivering high-quality ABA training programs and orientation for new hires, auditing clinical practice to align with Cortica’s whole-child approach, and supervising ABA programming. Responsibilities include coordinating in-person orientation, training teammates, auditing clinicians, identifying training needs, and providing monthly supervision to RBTs and BCATs while maintaining 60-80% of base BCBA productivity. Requires a master’s degree, current BCBA certification, state licensure as needed, 5+ years of clinical/operational ABA leadership, and 3+ years of leadership in a large or high-growth setting. Compensation ranges from $86,000 to $108,000 plus benefits and CE stipend; full-time position based in Cary, NC with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Current BACB certification as BCBA
- Valid licensure in applicable states
- 5+ years of clinical and operational leadership in ABA
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth or large-scale organization
- Experience providing supervision (monthly supervision to RBTs/BCATs or equivalent) and overseeing ABA programming
- Ability to develop and deliver orientation and training programs
- Strong collaboration with site leadership and clinical teams
- Knowledge of BACB guidelines and insurance guidelines for assessments and treatment plans
