Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision to behavior technicians. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role in Nebraska requires one in-person visit per month and offers up to $80/hour with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and a dedicated success manager for professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
