Job Summary
Lead and supervise a clinical team delivering ABA-based interventions, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BCBA candidates, mentor staff, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory-compliant documentation, and contribute to clinical development initiatives through training and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
