Job Summary
Develop behavior analytic programming based on formal assessments and observations for assigned students in the public-school setting, including VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, and Vineland-3 evaluations. Monitor and modify programming based on client performance while making clinical recommendations for ASD symptomology. Supervise behavior technicians on a weekly basis, conduct staff training, and provide direct one-on-one services when applicable. Maintain documentation, reports, and data collection for assigned clients in a timely manner according to the IEP process. Collaborate with school team members and departmental colleagues to ensure program excellence. Full-time position for the school year with ESY possible, located in Stamford, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certified in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure
- BACB Required 8-hour supervision training
- Strong organization and communication skills
