Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans while providing mentorship and supervision to Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Behavior Technicians. Deliver parent training to ensure high clinical quality and contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development. Participate in innovative research initiatives and academic collaborations, including work with UCLA. Requires a completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, active BCBA certification, and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs. Includes a 2-day work-from-home schedule, a $6,000 annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance

- Spanish-speaking is a plus
