Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans. Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors. Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality. Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development. Involvement in innovative research initiatives and academic collaborations (including work with UCLA). Accel Therapies is hiring BCBAs for a Clinical Supervisor role focused on clinical excellence within a collaborative, supportive team. Includes 2 days WFH and 3 days onsite; center-based ABA with remote flexibility; 6,000 annual performance bonus; benefits; CEU reimbursement; remote work flexibility; growth opportunities. Must hold Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active, unexpired BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
