Job Summary
Provide hybrid caseload coverage for an existing team of EIBI patients and technicians with 3 days in person each month. Responsibilities include patient supervision, technician direction and coaching, family guidance, re-assessment, and report writing. Participate in team meetings, build rapport, and engage in center-wide meetings to improve patient and teammate experience. Collaborate with in-person Clinical Directors, Operations Managers, and fellow BCBAs to navigate a hybrid in-person/remote work environment. Travel across ABC’s markets for caseload assignments while maintaining licensure requirements. The role requires licensure as a BCBA and offers a full-time salary with travel, ongoing CE support, and a structured career growth path.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB)
- 1+ year experience in a clinic-based setting
- 1+ year experience in hybrid caseload management
- Experience with Central Reach’s learning trees, sessions, report writing, and session notes
