Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers up to $93/hour with flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseload requirements, and no non-compete agreements. A dedicated BCBA Success Manager provides ongoing clinical and professional support, and the organization offers an LBA Expansion Program with reimbursement for additional state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
