Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor BCBA at Accel Therapies leads functional assessments and data-driven treatment plans, mentors BTs and Program Supervisors, delivers parent training, maintains 30 billable hours/week, collaborates within a pod model to ensure clinical consistency, and contributes to QA and curriculum development. Role supports ongoing training and research initiatives (including work with UCLA) within a center-based ABA setting with 2 days of WFH and 3 days onsite; requires a Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification, plus experience with autism and comfort with technology.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active, unexpired BCBA certification
- Experience with autism/developmental needs
- Comfort with technology (iPad, data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
